As a Board Certified orthopedic surgeon and a passionate golfer, I understand firsthand how frustrating it can be to be sidelined by injuries, limited by pain, or unable to play or practice the game you love.

That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help golfers avoid injury, play without pain, shoot lower scores, and have more fun on the course.

Through my orthopedic training and experience treating hundreds of golfers, I educate players on how the body moves, how anatomy impacts the golf swing, and how to apply that knowledge to improve performance and stay pain free.

My goal is simple: to help you move better and play longer, pain free.

My Story

My golf journey began with a passion for sports as a child. I played various sports and college tennis but didn't find golf fun until I saw Tiger Woods at the 1997 Masters. Inspired, I explored the intricacies of the golf swing, including different philosophies and playing styles. While in medical school, I discovered synergies between my medical training and golf. I realized my knowledge of anatomy and sports injuries could help golfers prevent injuries and improve their health. Having combined my medical knowledge with years of studying the golf swing, I created Pain Free Golf to help golfers play without injury, without pain, and with confidence.
